Before we quote a build, we run the same forty-point sweep across the store. It is not glamorous and it has saved more launches than any framework we use.

The checklist covers the obvious: platform version, theme architecture, existing apps, api limits, payment and tax setup. It also covers what quietly sinks a project, like who owns the theme code, whether a past developer left private edits, and how many apps already touch the checkout.

Half the questions have nothing to do with our feature. That is deliberate. A plugin rarely fails on its own logic; it fails on the store it lands in.
